Corner start dishcloth

I am looking for a dishcloth pattern that starts at the corner and then you increase to a size and then decrease back down. Thanks.

Hi-

 

I crochet alot but kniot once in awhile--I knitted a dishcloth then converted it to crochet.....very simple....starts in corner, increases then decreases,,

 

Here's my pattern:

 

ch 4.

 

1 row- 2 sc in 2nd ch from hook, 1 sc in next ch, 2 sc in last ch. ch 1, turn

 

2 row- 2 sc in 1st sc, 1 sc in ea sc till last sc, 2 sc in last sc, ch1 turn.

 

Repeat Row 2 until as wide as you like--(I do until about 45 scs are across)

 

Then to start decreasing-dec 2 sts tog , sc in ea sc till last 2 sc, dec last 2 scs tog.

 

Continue decreasing till you have 2 sc and end off...very easy.
