Winter Scarf Project

My aunt and I are making and collecting hats, scarves and gloves for the homeless this winter. Her church serves the community, they are gathering scarves and hats to give out along with food to those desperately in need. (I'm not collecting the food, the church provides it, people make it the day before and take fresh and sometimes hot food to them) These people are living in boxes under a bridge. I told her I could get some help this year, because I know some helpful and creative people. So, if you want to make a scarf and donate it, someone will be a little more warm this winter. You can read here and here for more information. We have about 2 weeks to collect everything, then the items will be taken to those who need them.
