You can order a crochet or knit kit to make a scarf for this cause. I just ordered the crochet kit. I know...you could probably get all these individual components at a fraction of the cost, but a) Red Heart will donate $3 to WomenHeart, and b) I just can't resist "kits" .

I wonder if you can make any scarf and donate it or if they only want these specific ones... I just can't justify the kit with everything I already have in it.

That's a neat idea, and I know 2 ladies at church who had heart attacks this year and are okay now. I would love to make the scarf for both of them, but that's a ripoff - especially (like Braxxi said, if you already have all of the supplies). I think they should make it a free pattern so you'll buy their yarn. Just my 2 cents.
