Ideas for tealights

I wonder if you call this type of candles TEALIGHTS in US?...:think Well, in Europe we do ;). Here are some ideas for decorating - i.e. the table.... There is no pattern for any of these, my aunt an me made these just as the ideas came to our mind. We used different kinds of thread and the 1.5-2.0mm hooks.

Oh my! Aren't those beautiful! I'm not much of a threadie but I sure would love to try one of those patterns. Any chance they are available?

The part for the tea light is made first and then I connect the thread to the bottom part and continue in rounds. I didn't write the patterns :( and most of these decoration were given away as gifts. Maybe if I look at some I still have, I will try to write the pattern. The easiest one is the one with flowers because you make only the chain around and add more chains each round.

wow those are beautiful!! what a great way to use up those thread leftovers that aren't big enough to make a doily. excellent! :)
