Pie Wedge (U) Shawl Shaping

This calculator is for a knitted shawl BUT I checked my numbers for my U Shawl and they are very close. I'm going to use the measurements for another crocheted shawl and see how it comes out. The measurements I entered were for hdc with ww yarn and H hook: 3, 3, 5, 12, 28. The more wedges you put in, the fuller the back will be. The term referred to as "wrap and turn" indicates an increase.

I probably should let you know I didn't use any sort of calculations for my shawl. Just increased evenly across the back to keep it in a nice circle.
