Need Help with a Crochet Term

Hi - new to Crochetville board...just need to clarify - I found out what a 'blog' is and how it relates to websites, etc - but can someone please tell me what 'frogging' refers to regarding crochet? I've been crocheting for several months and never heard that term before? Thanks All!!!

it is when you have to un-do work because you

I crocheted & cross stitched for 8 years before finding out what frogging meant! My friend cross stitches a lot and she kept saying how she had to frog her work, and I asked what that meant. Then I started seeing crocheters say the same thing but by then I knew what it meant 8o
