Ideas for Star Trek NG Fan?

Hello, villagers. I am pretty new to the ville, so I'm not really sure where this post should go, but . . .

I have a friend who loves Star Trek Next Generation and I am trying to come up with a crocheted trekkie gift for her for Christmas, but I'm not having much luck.

Any ideas??

Google some images of Star Trek TNG.

 

Maybe an ami Phaser or Tricorder.

 

Red and Black were the uniform colors. maybe a red/black 'ghan with the star trek communicator as an applique or graphghan.

How about a tribble. You could use different types of novelty furs in natural colors held together, and it is essentially a ball.

What about a tote or market bag in star trek uniform colors?

 

I made one in Mickey Mouse colors for a friend, she liked it!

I know this post is old, but I can't help it. The first idea that popped in my head was a Worf hat with the forehead ridges and hair all around it. Lol!

 

I might have to make one now.

You could probably work from the gollum hat to do the Worf. Also, there is a graph pattern for the communicator they wore on the shirt. The V shaped pin. (I don't know what it is called)
