bags

Recommended Posts

Here is my bag that I sent in the bag swap. It is made with very thin yarn which is used in knitting machines. I used 8 strands together.

The black and silver one is what we in India call a "BATWA"

Very nice bags, Sandhya. Did you use lechhi acrylic? And what size hook did you use with 8 strands?

Hi, I used K/6.50mm hook. This thin yarn comes in 500grammes cones. Both the red and the white are the same type of yarn used on the knitting machines. The silver yarn too comes in cone. Normally I use lachhi yarn as that is the only kind available in Mumbai.
