  3. I made the set for cooler days in autumn for my DD. I crocheted the hat and then knitted the neck warmer. As you may imagine, 3yo kids are (usually) not able to tie the scarf properly - that's why I made the neck warmer, so she can put it on easily and quickly. By the way, I guess I should move to "Kids" section - as my DD is not a toddler anymore...
  4. I thought I would share the ear warmer/neck warmer. next week. I crocheted with two strands of Red Heart yarn and a N crochet hook. I usually used as an ear warmer.
  5. With those of you ladies who will soon be beginning your Holiday crocheting (and in a very special way for those of you who include charity items) I would like to share this necktie. It is simple, pretty and works up very fast. You can wear it around your neck in place of a scarf or you can put it on top of a turtleneck, either way it will look lovely and give you some easy warmth. You will find the free pattern here: http://craftybegonia.blogspot.com/2012/07/splendid-orchid-necktie.html Enjoy! Clotilde
  6. Hi Everyone! I've got a new freebie for you. This is a wide neck warmer, the type you would wear when what you really need is a turtleneck but don't feel like putting one on. This one will really cover you! You will find the free pattern here: http://craftybegonia.blogspot.com/2011/08/boxy-neck-warmer-too.html Enjoy! Clotilde
