  1. Laurie is a long keyhole scarf. I usually only design scarflets, which are pretty short and easy, but this is a substantial scarf, warm around the neck in a rich chocolate color and ending in pretty lacy edges with a punch of color which is striking and attractive. It is quite easy and fast to make. Here is where you will find the free pattern: http://www.craftybegonia.blogspot.com/2014/05/laurie.html#.U4qdWvldWjQ Enjoy! Clotilde
  2. I don't know how it is where you are, but we have had a very chilly spring so far. One day it's sunny and absolutely glorious, the next it's gray, windy and very cold! Sibylla is the kind of easy-to-wear, lovely scarf that you can drop into a bag and carry with you whereever you're going, and when the wind starts blowing, you just slip it around your neck and you're comfy again, and it is so easy to crochet! Find the FREE pattern here: http://craftybegonia.blogspot.com/2014/05/sibylla.html#.U2NOjYGIAsA Enjoy! Clotilde
  3. Hi Everyone! I designed Anaelle thinking about Advanced beginners who feel left out of most patterns since they have not reached the level in which they can tackle them. I have read many a complaint about the fact that they are stuck with unattractive projects, basically composed of sc, hdc or dc sts and nothing more, so I decided to make a series of short scarves that would incorporate some simple laces and sts already familiar to an Advanced beginner but still giving them a feminine, lovely result they can wear or give away as a gift with joy. An Advanced crocheter looking for easy, pretty patterns that are quick, yarn-economic and lovely, can take advantage of this series for end-of-the year charity projects and for gift-giving. Also, crocheting guys could very well give these to mom, sis or his lovely lady and feel good about their crocheting skills, even if they are at an advanced newbie level. Here is where you will find Anaelle: http://craftybegonia.blogspot.com/2013/10/anaelle.html#.Ung-nnDo6tM Enjoy! Clotilde
  4. Hi Everyone! If you love purple, and lacy, keyhole scarves, I have a pretty one for you! Jantinne also works up really fast. You will find the free pattern here: http://craftybegonia.blogspot.com/2013/08/jantinne.html Enjoy! Clotilde
  5. Hi Everyone! I'd like to share this very easy but lovely pattern with you. If are already checking out projects that you want to make for the fall and for the Holidays, or if you do charity projects, this one's ideal for you since it works up really fast, is easy and the result is very nice-looking. Enjoy! You will find Lellia here: http://www.craftybegonia.blogspot.com/2013/07/lellia.html#.UeR5w9JJ5r0
