  1. Add a little sass and texture to your crochet projects with this pretty floral folk art inspired 'Daisy Dukes' Granny Square made using treble crochet, Puff stitch and Bobble/Popcorn stitch. I just can't stop making this cute little textured Daisy flower Granny Square! They are so quick and easy to work up and add texture to your crochet projects. Full pattern on my blog! http://setfreemygypsysoul.blogspot.co.uk/2016/06/daisy-dukes-flower-granny-square-free-crochet-pattern.html
  2. I only just posted my Daisy Dukes pattern I know, so I hope no one thinks I'm being spammy... but after the wet British summer we are having and the crazy world at the moment, I hope this fun project might cheer everyone up! It's super fun and easy to make... full tutorial with step by step piccies at my blog: Enjoy festival feels and sounds with these adorable Boho chic Floral Crown headphones made using double crochet, treble crochet and chains.
  3. Posting this is probably overkill, because I just posted it on the 'ville's FB page, before I knew the site was back up and running. But I want to try it out. This is a sampler made from stash yarn and patterns from all over the place over the past month or so. The border is No. 40 from the gifted Edie Eckman's book, "Around the Corner." Additional photo and details on ravelry http://www.ravelry.com/projects/Afghaniac/neutral-flowers-afghan Yea for the Crochetville ladies-in-charge! It all works, and it's easy to use and to read. Thank you!
  4. When shopping a couple months ago, I cam across a pretty, lacy, crochet-like vest-thing. Rather than buy it, I got it into my head that I'd crochet one. Alas! I can't find a similar pattern. It doesn't help that it's hard to find a name to call it. Vest? Bolero? Wrap? It's been quite difficult to even find pictures of something similar, let alone a pattern. Here are the few I found: http://www.yarnmarket.com/projects/Womens_Vests-Sari_Lacy_Vest-464.html http://www.amazon.com/dp/B006QGBPXI/ref=asc_df_B006QGBPXI1928347?tag=thefind0005520-20&creative=395261&creativeASIN=B006QGBPXI&linkCode=asn
