I have a friend who owns her own salon in the USA and she asked me to create 25 pairs (5 different designs). So In this batch I made multicoloured earrings, 5 pairs of each design. I have shared one of each of the designs with you, to show you how they turned out, I’d love your feedback....

Inspired by the jewelry worn on Season One of Downton Abbey by Lady Grantham during the Titanic era, these earrings are the perfect way to make your own elegant jewelry for your Victorian, Edwardian, or Titanic costume or just for fun. Crocheted with a few yards of size 10 thread, use the same pattern for the studs and dangles, only for the dangles add a hanging loop. With a few findings and a gorgeous pair of buttons, you can wear either type of earring, and if you make use of the clips on the button cards, interchange the same pair of buttons between them both! Basic stitches, works up quick

Hi, I've got some ideas about a new earring pattern. I'm starting with sc around a hoop, and then doing only chain loops, spiraling inwards maybe.... I want to combine colours, but I'm having a really hard time figuring out where to change colours. Has anyone seen patterns where spirals go from the outside in? I'd really like to study the technique to see how I can apply it differently. It would really help if anyone has an idea about lace inwards too. The pattern will eventually be adaptable to any size hoop and any size thread. At least that's my goal...
