Hello! I found a pattern for some adorable baby sandals/booties, but the pattern doesn't give instructions for the soles, just a diagram. Can anyone tell me if I have interpreted it correctly? Round 1: ch 13, hdc in 3rd chain from hook, 9hdc, 6hdc in next chain, 9hdc, 5hdc in chain with 1st hdc, sl st (not sure exactly where to sl st). 30 stitches. Round 2: ch 1 (should it be ch 2 because of hdc?), 10 hdc, 2hdc (5 times), 10 hdc, 2hdc (5 times), sl st (again, not sure where). 40 stitches. Round 3: ch 1 (again, should it be ch 2?), 10 hdc, *2hdc, hdc* (*5 times), 10hdc,
Hello! I'm a beginner at crochet, and so far the only thing I've made was a basket, and the instructions were written in print. I thought I had gotten the hang of it now and wanted to try something more complex and found a coin purse pattern. Unfortunately, I have no idea how to read this chart. I could figure out the double crochet, but I have no idea what the slanty ones are, or the round ones, or how to connect what looks like the bottom part of the pattern to the walls. If someone could provide some clues or point me to a chart, that would be a great help!
Do you like to crochet graphgans? There are so many great patterns out there for graphgans, you just need to figure out how to get started, and its easy as pie : ) This pattern is for corner to corner, which I think gives a really great result. A pattern in diagram form is here: Corner to corner diagram And an explanation of the slightly challenging diagram here: Corner to corner instruction video Hope you enjoy : )
I want to create a stitch diagram for a blanket that I'm crocheting. Is there an app available anywhere that I can use to create the diagram? I did draw the diagram with paper and pencil, but it would look so much better if it was drawn by computer. Please let me know. Thanks, Carolyn252@aol.com
