  1. Hi, everyone! During March 2013, please help us make blankets for Project Night Night. To celebrate National Crochet Month, we are doing A Tour Through Crochet Country, which visits the blogs of one or two crochet designers each day. These designers selected Project Night Night as their charity for the blog tour. You can read more about the blog tour and Project Night Night here on Crochetville's blog post: http://crochetville.com/a-tour-through-crochet-country-natcromo-blog-tour/ I know this is short notice (sorry I did not post it here earlier!) but we would love to have our members donate crocheted blankets to Project Night Night. (Note that all blankets donated must be new or newly handmade. Ideal size is 50 x 60" or smaller. Check their item donation guidelines.) If you donate a blanket, will you please help us keep a tally of donations by using this form to tell us about your donation? Thank you!
  2. Each day of A Tour Through Crochet Country, our blog tour celebrating National Crochet Month 2013, Crochetville will be giving away two promo postcards, one to each of two winners. These are only available at our 2013 consumer show booths, and will be autographed by both of us (Amy & Donna). The postcard includes Amy Shelton's exclusive X Marks the Spot scarf pattern. You can enter each day by posting a comment answering the question that we'll include in each day's blog post. The fine print: Must be 13 or older to enter. Entries must be received by 12:00 midnight Pacific time on the date of the post. Winners will be selected by random drawing and notified by email the following day. Void where prohibited by law. Additionally, the crochet designers participating each day will share something on their blog. It might be a coupon, free pattern, free tutorial, sneak peek, or something we haven't thought of! So keep an eye on A Tour Through Crochet Country and see what these lovely designers have to offer.
  3. Thank you to our friends, designer Kristin Omdahl and yarn company Bijou Basin Ranch, for generously providing Crochetville with a digital copy (PDF) of Kristin's new booklet featuring Bijou Basin Ranch yarns, the Complements Collection, for us to give away to one lucky Crochetville member! All photos © Bijou Basin Ranch. All rights reserved. Used with permission. Blog Tour Book Review Click here to read our Crochetville review of this great new booklet, which is part of the official Bijou Basin Ranch blog tour promoting the Complements Collection. This booklet features patterns for crochet and knitting projects. (If you don't knit, experienced crocheters could probably figure out a way to knook the patterns!) Here's a sneak preview of the crochet patterns: Giveaway Details Who Can Enter Any registered Crochetville member, with an account in good standing (ability to post), age 18 or older. Giveaway is void where prohibited. Only one entry per person. If you submit multiple entries, all entries will be void.
