Reporting Damage in Shipment:

Your order will be packaged very carefully so there is very little risk of damage during shipment. If your order does arrive in damaged condition, please contact us immediately and retain all packing materials. The USPS may ask you to send photos of the damage and to keep the damaged product and all shipping materials until a claim has been filed and completed. We may ask you to ship the damaged product back to us at our expense. We will make sure you are sent a replacement product in undamaged condition.
