  1. Newborn to 12 months Mary Jane Slippers. Get them at the sale price of $2.49 until Saturday, June 15/13 at midnight. http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/sweet-baby-mary-janes http://www.craftsy.com/pattern/crocheting/accessory/sale---sweet-baby-mary-janes/51538
  2. I'm still looking for a few people to test my Mary Jane slippers pattern. I need testing for sizes other than newborn. This is a written pattern that is worked with 2 strands of Red Heart Soft Touch held together, but I would be interested in seeing how this yarn compares to Caron Simply Soft. Skill level is Easy. Requires a 5.5mm crochet hook. Turnaround by June 4th if possible. All feedback is welcomed. Would love to see pictures of finished items. Compensation is a copy of the finished pattern. ~ Janaya
  3. My new Lil Baby Loafers pattern is half off until midnight on June 2. [] http://www.craftsy.com/pattern/crocheting/accessory/sale---lil-baby-loafers/56607 http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/lil-baby-loafers
  4. I'm looking for at least three people to test my loafer pattern for boys and girls. This is a written pattern that is worked with 2 strands of RH Soft Touch held together but you can use whatever yarn you like for testing. Skill level is Easy. Requires 5.5mm or 6mm crochet hook, depending on which size is made and 5/8" buttons for the straps. Turn around time of one week is preferred. I would like the three larger sizes tested and feedback on the overall shape and symmetry of the finished shoe, but all feedback is welcomed. Would also love to see pictures of finished items. Compensation is a free copy of final pattern.
  5. Here are some doll booties I crocheted for Molly's Babies. I know they are asking for these so I made them using my cuffed baby bootie pattern with sport yarn for the blue ones and fingering yarn scraps for the cream colored ones. The fingering yarn ones are should fit a small baby doll while the blue ones hopefully will fit a bigger baby doll.
  6. Here are my latest pair of sock booties. I made these a bit bigger as I used pink worst weight yarn along with a strand of white fingering orlon which created a pink creamy look. Here is the crochet pattern link. By holding the two strands of yarn together, these will fit a toddler about 12 months old or so. They are 4-1/2 inches long.
  7. Three kitty cat hats I made for orders and a monkey hat and ugg booty set I made for a friends baby due in May (booties now have buttons but didn't get a pic lol) The middle kitty hat has a purple bow, but purple doesn't like to show for me. thanks for looking
  8. Here are some baby booties I crocheted. I wrote up the pattern details after doing the adult slippers that Teakaycee got me hooked on after she posted her picture tutorial on how to work the pattern. Here is the link to my cuffed baby sock booties pattern. Booties Tog 2 by RecycleCindy, on Flickr Here are some preemie ones. They look different as I turned the toe section inside out before doing the heel ribbing to give it a different look. Creme Preemie Booties2 by RecycleCindy, on Flickr
  9. I whipped out this pair of baby booties in less than an hour! Love quick projects.

  11. I designed/created a simple crochet baby sock-bootie pattern to go with my mittens and hats - they make up very fast and easy - ENJOY! here's the link to the pattern (with pics): http://janetmariespage.blogspot.com/2011/11/free-crochet-pattern-janets-crochet.html or, just copy it from this post: Crochet Baby Socks/Booties designed by Janet Marie Marston-McGregor posted on 11/01/2011 This is my own design of easy baby socks-booties. Use baby yarn - for this pattern, I used Bucilla Lollipop yarn - but any baby yarn or sock yarn should do. 12. I've been busy, busy, busy making preemie stuff for my cousin's baby boy (he's a 23.5 weeker and weighs 1 lb 8 oz right now). Just wanted to show off some! Here's where I get the patterns for the booties (the hats I just do up to about 8" around and 4" tall, no pattern): http://debscrafts55.blogspot.com/2008/02/open-heeled-preemie-booties.html http://www.bevscountrycottage.com/quick-bootie.html And there's a pic of Noah wearing the blue hat!
  13. Hello All. Been awhile since I've posted here, but I've been busy crocheting! Here is a layette set I made for my friend's first baby! Sweater and Bonnet: Simple Baby Set from Lion Brand Website Baby Blanket: Crochet Lullaby Afghan from Red Heart Website (made smaller though) Booties: Colorful Booties From Annies Attic Leaflet 874050 Precious Baby Booties (minus all color changes! ) I started out with the two colors tan and light blue (the booties seem to be the truest to color picture!). Then I found the afghan design and adjusted all the other items to it. Except for the booties which just happened to have that circle motiff on the vamp. (Lucky find!!!) Here are all the pictures (the super close up of the afghan is me trying for one of those great close ups that shows off the stiches - not sure if I really accomplished that!):
  14. These booties were made for my cousin's baby. I modified the pattern from a black/white theme to pink/white and used a pink gingham ribbon. They turned out so cute. The yarn was from my stash and the white yarn has a shinniness to it that I really like. (Only a bit left now - saving for something special!) The pattern is called "Tap Dance Shoes" and is from the Annie's Attic Pattern Book #874050 Precious Baby Booties.
