  1. I am almost done with the Clapochet and haven't made to much progress on the the open shawl just yet. Things are getting a little crazy at work so I haven't wanted to do much when I come home. Here's my progress so far.
  2. Wow that is beautiful! IF only I had the patience to do something like that.
  3. I just picked up my yarn today and I am going to start tommorrow. I am also working on the clapochet so I guess I will have to post on both. Silly me I thought I was going to finish the clapochet before I started anymore projects but I would be at a loss with out at least 3 going on. I'll post pics soon. I'm totally with you on the accountabilty group...since my intentions only get me so far.
  4. Oh good I would love the company. I fell in love with this pattern after seeing it on craftster. http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=147576.0
  5. Is it true fall is right around the corner? I can't believe how fast summer is flying by. I am generally behind on my crafts by at least one season and then I end up giving the items away because I have no where to keep them until its time to use them the following year. I promised myself this year would be different and so I am starting a shawl to use as soon as it starts cooling off. Anyone interested? I am working on this long open shawl pattern - you can google it but you can choose whatever you want to complete.

  11. Hi All, I am looking for the pattern for a baby blanket that sorta looks like a popcorn stitch when completed. It is generally worked in 2 strands and I believe it was 1sc, 2 dc in the same hole. I need to know how many chains I need to start. I have a shower to go to on Sunday PLEASE HELP!!!!
  12. Wow these are great. I have never thought about doing the HH scarf in multi-color yarn:think I am off to dig through my stash now. Thanks for the inspiration.
  13. Thank you everyone! I am almost ready for the weather to get cooler so I can sport my scarves around town again:blush Yarnlover I didn't use a pattern for the first scarf. I just used a v- stitch and a chain of 15.
  14. Thank you...and yes I am trying to restock somehow my scarves keep disappearing when my family stops by:D I got the shell pattern from this website and this pattern may easily become a favorite it works up so fast. The other one I just winged using a simple v- stitch. I like the v-stitch for working with yarns like boucle or mohair because it is super easy to see the stitches:yes
  15. As warm as it is outside I felt the need to make 2 more scarves
