    since I was 7
  1. I graphed out the name and then crocheted the same stitches as the rest of the afghan, just changed color.
  2. I made this basket for my SIL who is having Christmas this year
  3. then I asked same niece if there was something small I could make for her boyfriend, like a hat or scarf? She called me back 10 minutes later and asked if I could make him an afghan. Even though I didn't want to, I said yes. Then she asked if I would make it black and grey and say "Metallica" on it so......
  4. Started to make my niece an afghan for Christmas that was black and grey, her favorite colors. She asked if they make bright color yarn and my husband told her that they did. So, I started over and this is what I came up with...
  5. My Grandma would give each of us grandchildren one of these each Christmas with a $5.00 bill in it.
  6. Hello, As a member of Soldiers' Angels and their Crochet Team, I have made many afghans for the VA. I think anything you make would be greatly appreciated. A granny square or an afghan made with DC or HDC would be great! I love the camo idea, but I sometimes wonder if our military gets tired of seeing camo. I know that one of the yarn companies makes a blue camo yarn. A Red, white and blue one would be nice too!
  7. I opted to make it without the fringe. I am going to give it to my Soldiers' Angels Community Network Coordinator. She will look great wearing it during the Veterans Day Parade!
  8. I made this for my brother for his birthday!
  9. I have never made a round ripple and I used SmoothFox's pattern. Thank you Donna!
  10. I think I'll make some of these in red, white and blue for our Soldiers' Angels winter events. Thank you for sharing
  11. Gave the afghan to my Aunt and Uncle. They loved it!
