  1. Thanks everyone! I'm trying to do another set and i can't seem to get the diaper cover right and put it aside because it was frustrating me. lol I'll try again soon.
  2. That's adorable. Once i get a better gripe on crocheting hats, I want to attempt one of those. I'll have to look over the pattern you posted. Nice work!
  3. Hello all... I'm sharing my first attempt at baby items. Newborn hat, diaper cover and booties. I'm working on some more and trying to find an infant dress to attempt.
  4. Thank you for all the welcomes! I tried crocheting the start row really loose to see if that was the issue and I finally made a foundation stitch that wasn't too tight. LOL I should have done that years ago. I'm going to try out the "foundation stitches" technique and definitely going to try using the larger hook for the starting chain. Don't know why I didn't think of that. LOL I'm going to post some things I've crocheted recently after I finish a couple things I'm working on. Next I'm going to try out an infant dress and when I have time, I'd love to crochet a summer tank top for myself. But I have friends having babies and need to get those crocheted first. Thanks again everyone!
  5. That's adorable! How long does it take you to complete all that?
  6. Those are so cute! I want to give them a try, but I'm still struggling with simple ones getting them to match each other. LOL
  7. Hello everyone! After quite some time, I'm getting back into crocheting. I used to crochet only blankets but thanks to youtube, I'm expanding to many other things! And since my hubby and I are trying to have a baby, I'm crocheting baby things. I'm having issues with one thing over the years and hopefully I can finally get it straight! My first chain row is ALWAYS tighter than the rest and so it always makes my blankets, scarves etc have one side that is weird. What am I doing wrong? Is it a matter of me crocheting it too tight? Thanks and I look forward to seeing everyone's work! ~Pamela
