  1. thanks! i'll try, but as soon as i get yarn for a big project i'm working on, there will be absolutely NO time for another project. I have to finish this huge project in about 2 months. You can see my "high difficulty afghan pattern" or something forum thread thingy. i'm doing the wedding ring quilt. It's going to take a long time and i will be crocheting constantly over Christmas! :hook:hook:hook:hook:hook:hook:crocheting:crocheting:crocheting:crocheting:crocheting:crocheting:lol:lol:lol:lol:lol:lol:P
  2. http://www.garnstudio.com/lang/nl/visoppskrift.php?d_nr=s23&d_id=63〈=nl i think these are slightly bigger than 4" (i have poor perception of measurement) but it's a start! i found them on pinterest and i was like, "oh those are adorable" and i pinnned it and then i saw your thread and i was like OH MY GOODNESS!!!!!! hope i helped!
  3. any suggestions on colors for the Wedding Ring Quilt? (the link is in a comment above) i want to keep that white in there but i don't know what other colors to use, i want a solid color and a variegated color like the picture but not green.
  4. i thought about doing that. i think the trickiest part would be connecting the top with the legs.
  5. thank you all for your suggestions! i might end up going with the wedding ring quilt... my crochet "mentor" (former teacher) thinks i won't get it done in time but i think i can.
  6. I was wondering if anyone knew of a pattern for skinny pants? or if not how i might go about making them? kind of a strange request but i thought maybe i could make some ugly scrap pants instead of a scrap afghan. :sofunny:loco I know I'm crazy!
  7. Wow!!! That is truly amazing! What color are you doing it in?
  8. oh my gooodness!!!! the quilt pattern is soooo amazing! i will definitely look into it! it is absolutely loveley! Thank you so much!
  9. I desperately need a very difficult afghan pattern for a competion. And very soon. Anything with extremely high difficulty will work, not just an afghan. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Here is a comparison for you to go by. i need something more difficult than this afghan. It could be an afghan or a piece of clothing i just need something hard! This afghan used the cable stitch, a diamond panel, and popcorn stitches. (Click the pictures to look more closely)
  10. Does anyone have a pattern for a crocheted heart?:crocheting:think

    current wip

my wip. granny square afghan for my grandmother for christmas. the colors are green and red but i've only gotten green squares done. the red is in the bottom of the picture. Kinda hard to visualize at this point, but should i do a red or green border?
  12. make a rectangle using post stitches. stick the hooks in the post stitches, roll it up, and tie it with ribbon.
