  1. Hi all, I just made my first infinity scarf using the lacy textured pineapple motif in many of my designs. Let me know what you think. As I live in sunny Singapore, I have never used one before. What is the typical length and width of one? The one I made is about 60 inches long and 8 inches wide.

  4. HI Crocheters out there, Still looking for testers. The two testers who have agreed to test the pattern for me have not replied to my emails after receiving the pattern files. I am upset about the testing not progressing. If anyone out there is still keen to test the pattern, please pm me. Thanks.
  5. Gorgeous colours! Must put you in smiles when you use it =)

  8. I love the magic loop method and use it for circular knitting of all sizes. A long cord would allow you to make items of all types, be it flat or circular. I bought a set of interchangeables from Knitpicks and love the needles.

  10. Thanks for all the positive comments =) The pattern is now available in my Etsy, Craftsy and Ravelry stores.
  11. Hi all, I have just completed a new bag design with textured pineapple motifs. I used three different coloured yarn to create an ombre effect with black and greys. The handles are made of two layers of different coloured yarn and joined using slip stitches. The contrasting colours are shown on the top of the handles. What you do think?
  12. I am still looking for testers =) Would you like to test for me? Pm if you are keen.
  13. Hi there, I have my patterns on Etsy, Ravelry, Craftsy and Crochetville. I agree that Etsy generates the best sales for me, followed by Craftsy and Ravelry. I have a couple of sales from Crochetville, but the cashing out policy is troublesome.
  14. Hi there, It is done in crochet. =)
  15. Hi there, If you are keen to test but worried about meeting the deadline, how about considering completing a smaller project? I only need the instructions for the square as well as the border to be tested. The actual size of the project does not matter to me.
  16. Hi there, For the sample I made, I used about 42 balls of yarn (about 380 yards each). If you are keen to test but don't feel like making such a big blanket, you can choose to make just a square and complete testing the border pattern as well.

  18. Hi all, I just moved to my own apartment recently and have been saving this incredibly soft bamboo cotton yarn for a blanket for my new place. I decided to alter an older design of my own for a bag to make into large squares for the blanket. I had mostly white and a bit of pink yarn saved up for this project and so decided to use the pink to create relief stitches to outline the design on the squares after the squares were done. Let me know what you think. I have written up the pattern and am looking for testers for the pattern. Do check out the thread in the forum if you are keen to test the pattern for me. Thanks.
  19. Hi all, I have just completed this circiular shawl of my design. As with my previous design, it is made up of textured pineapple motifs. This one has the motifs getting bigger and bigger as the circle gets larger. I am not sure of the edging design though. What do you all think? http://i48.photobucket.com/albums/f240/mycraftyideas/lacycircularshawl2.jpg http://i48.photobucket.com/albums/f240/mycraftyideas/lacycircularshawl1.jpg
  20. Hi all, I just completed this set of baby items. The sizes range from premmies (pink) to about 12 months (coloured tiers). I modified a pattern I used from another designer that was in one size and altered the number of stitches and length etc to fit the other sizes. Let me know what you think of them. I did not photograph the back of the dresses but there are one to two buttons at the back of the neck for each dress.
  21. Hihi... I might be able to help you with the pattern. I think there is some instruction in the kanji characters but the image is of too low resolution when I try to enlarge it to read the few words that follow two arrows after the mini diagram that show you the layout of the pattern. If you could post an image of higher resolution, I could help you take a look at the instructions.
  22. Hi all, I have just posted my original pattern for this shawl on all my online stores on Etsy, Ravelry and Craftsy. Do pop by if you are interested in this one-piece shawl. No joining necessary as I hate having to weave in ends and sewing parts together =) here's the link to the pattern: https://www.etsy.com/listing/160067758/lacy-wrap-around-shawl-crochet-pattern? For those who are keen, I am also selling the three pieces of samples I have completed as I really don't need them in sunny Singapore. =)
  23. Hi all, I have finally finished the amendments and settled with one version of the original name I used when writing the pattern. It is now available in my Etsy and Ravelry and Craftsy store. Thanks for looking. =)
  24. These are so cute!! I will be making them for my friend's baby =) Thanks for sharing
  25. Hi all, I just finished taking photos of the 2 shawls I just completed over the weekend. Let me know what you think of them =) Do you like the single colour look or the multi-coloured one?
