  1. So after getting some ideas from all of you wonderfully people today, and getting an awesome pattern that I am going to try when I have a few spare bucks. I have figured out my own pattern for my goblin ears. Since I am new I have had several mistakes. So thinking and looking over the pictures and other things I decided that I could apply my "Mistakes" to make the shape I wanted. It worked beautiful. Granted it they are not perfect yet I am extremely please with myself. Here are some photos. This was the beginning of the first ear. First complete ear. My two ears completed!
  2. Thank you everyone for the tips. So after studying and everything, I think I may have figured out how to do it. However I really want to try the ear muff ones. So those will be my next ones when I have few spare bucks for the pattern. And I will post pictures lol Thanks everyone!
  3. Thanks to everyone so far!
  4. That is actually what I am looking for. There is a girl who makes them like that. However I can't find the pattern for the way she makes them and of course (and I don't blame her at all) won't share the pattern. They don't look hard to make at all. My only issue is I am new to this crocheting bit and have no idea how to do anything like them. These pictures were found on google in my search for a pattern of course this linked me to her site, and she wants 20 bucks for them which is fine, but if I can make my own.... well you can understand. If anyone has any idea of how to do them (Not the band, but the ears let know).
  5. Those are really really cute. I think I could actually modify them to be a little longer too. My only concern with them is if they would make it hard to hear through.... But other then that those would be perfect.
  6. Oh you guys have already made me feel so welcome! I am so excited!
  7. Hi everyone. I am just going to be honest I am brand new to the crocheting world. My mom tried to teach me so many times when I was younger and I didn't have the want to learn until just recently. I live in Utah, I have a 3 year old son, and I just recently became engaged to a wonderful man. I am also part of a Medieval Combat Society (Belegarth), this is where I actually met my wonderful Fiance. I found this site looking for a pattern that I will actually be using for one of my costumes for Belegarth. I am excited to finally have some help on this stuff seeing as the only thing I have made so far is a baby blanket for my new nephew and started the one for my new niece. Well that's about all I really have to say right now! Have a wonderful day everyone!
  8. Alright so I am new to the forums and I really hope I am posting this in the right place. However I am looking for a pattern for either goblin ears, or elf ears that are not attached to a hat. If you have something like this or have an idea on how to do this, that would be awesome. I am new to crocheting and I need a lot of help with a lot of things. I truly hope this is where I can find it.
