  1. Pretty much any time, though mostly in the evenings. I even take a project with me to work and crochet on my breaks and lunch.
  2. I learned from my neighbor at the age of 6. She was in her late 80s or early 90s. She taught me to chain, double crochet and triple crochet, and how to make granny squares. I quit sometime in my teenage years. I started up again 2 years ago, and learned about the crochet world on the internet. I also learned that she had taught me UK terms, and I actually knew single and double, lol. A little hard to wrap my head around that at first. I've learned so much in the last 2 years. I think if she was still around, she'd be pretty proud of me now
  3. Before Christmas I had over 20, but I knocked out quite a few for Christmas gifts. Currently, I've got 7afghans in progress, and 4 more that are hibernating. I have 2 other wips, and 1 other that's currently hibernating. I keep track of it all in a book. 3 of my afghans are getting close to being completed
  4. A family friend who used to live behind me when I was growing up. She passed away when I was 11.
  5. I'm 31 and started crocheting when I was 6. I stopped for a little while though and I think my hubby thought I was nuts when I first started back up. Until I finished an afghan!
