  1. Oh btw to the group, if someone posts even a little of the pattern, it can be found on the web.
  2. I found the pattern. You are in the center of the last rnd. When you're (ch 6 and dc) you are making the same v- st as you have been doing on the last rows. Ch 6 = dc, ch 3
  3. I don't need the pattern. The pattern repeats every 12 sts and the pattern rows are repeated every 4 rows. It will say something in the beg of the pattern something like multiple of 12 + 3. 12 times how many times you want to rep the patt and the + 3 is for the first st like a dc.
  4. When I make an invisible join I don't finish the last st. Then the invisible join st doesn't add a st. So that's what those directions sound like.
  5. I see that you are from Ireland. I found the pattern on eBay in Ireland and here's the link: http://cgi.ebay.ie/10-Annies-Attic-Award-Winning-Afghans-Crochet-Booklet_W0QQitemZ190183900153QQihZ009QQcategoryZ146337QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
  6. I belong to a group in Yahoo that gives to someplace in Kyle, SD that gives to the Pine Ridge Reservation. I idn't realize that it was that cold there. So far I have a laprobe, 2 scarfs and 2 hats. Our group has sewn labels and that's what the hold-up is now. My group is called Afghans ETC http://uk.groups.yahoo.com/group/afghans_etc_4charity/

  8. This pattern just looks like a bunch of different sized striped squares sewed together. I found someone's blog and she said she has finished half of the pattern. Here's her picture. http://static.flickr.com/70/188730728_3bbcfd8f44_o.jpg I hope this helps.
  9. I have some Rastafarian colored hats. Would they be OK?
  10. I got some pictures but I don't know where I got them from. http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e380/Healthierheart/BlueHuggyBear377.jpg http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e380/Healthierheart/smteddy.jpg http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e380/Healthierheart/winniethepooh3bigbagsstuffng.jpg
  11. I made a doily. Now I don't know how to block it. I'm afraid to use steam on it.
  12. I like this pattern. Thanks for sharing the link!
  13. Weave into a placemat sized loom. then laminate or place between two clear pieces of contact paper. Or just weave and laminate on one side and use it to make material for a bag.
  14. (The full wool yarn skeins in the shops tell the autumn has come.) (One more stitch... One more row... Ah..? It's dawn.) (How many pepole have touched with their cheeks on this soft yarn skein?) (I hate all these 15 rows over the mistake.) (Praising her work, I mumble to myself "I can do it, too.") (Autumn winds always drift me into yarn shops.) from http://www.tata-tatao.to/knit/e-index.html
