  1. Love it! I love your use of color. It looks yummy!:clap:clap
  2. Awesome job! I love the hats! :clap:clap
  3. Awesome job! :cheer:clap I don't know that I could do that. If I walk into the yarn section I am leaving with at least three skeins... I just can't help it.
  4. :cheer:cheer Excellent job!! :cheer:cheer I am glad to hear you will be around more often and I can't wait to see some of your FOs!
  5. Thank you, basjordan! I do really hope this will help! You really are getting things done. I hope to be successful soon too! Keep it up!
  6. Hey all! I would love to jump in. I will start with the honest totals for this week... which do not look so good for my WIP wrangling but it should improve... I just had to start some new projects WTD: 0 finished, 2 started & YTD: 0 finished, 2 started I will do better next week. If nothing else the new projects should be finished by then. Here is hoping for just the right amount of rain to get caught up.
  7. Thanks CLLinda and Yarn Geek for the warm welcome! Well for my first week I did not do so good, granted I did the buying all before I even thought about joining but it still counts. YTD: -6 & WTD: -6 I hope this will improve.. it has to. I am so glad I started using the skeins I bought right away, putting three into an afghan, and two into a shawl and two halves into a pair of gloves (I make both gloves at the same time or I get sock syndrome with them). Now I have a week off I should be able to work through at least the last 3 skeins and maybe some more. If this cold stays away and the rain stays. Wish me luck!
  8. I like the sections in the second one but like the colors of the first better. No idea how to put that together but I really like the little bit of blue on the very hungry caterpillar and it only shows up in the first cocoon. Does that help at all?
  9. I know this is a little late (like 6 years) but if you guys in Fairfield or Contra Costa I live in Vacaville and would be willing to drive for a s'n'b.
  10. I have never done the blanket before but I sometimes find I miss count my foundation row if I am not careful. You may want to go back and check that. If I had the pattern I could try it out but counting is the easiest and most likely problem. hope it works out in the end.
  11. Oh I am in! I have like four... wait maybe 5 baby afghans started (one which is due in May and one which is going to be a year in September...this is the slowest I have ever been on an afghan but it is a tricky one so it makes sense but still) plus I have one home one I need to frog and another I need to actually combine all of the blocks... oh and the Camilla one too. WOW I guess my crochet ADD is worse than most. I will get on this. Thanks for the inspiration!!!
  12. Thank you Marisa! I will get something in today.
  13. I know this is a bit late but you did say people could join late so I hope this is okay! I am in! I need to stash down badly and this is just year for it. When do I need to post my first count?
