  1. Thank you!!! I was looking for a fast slipper pattern for Christmas presents!
  2. I love it. I'm getting ready to make one too, just found out I have a new neice/nephew on the way!
  3. You CAN do graphs if you know how to single crochet (sc). Each square on the graph represents a (sc). All you do is change colors. To change colors, you complete the sc with the next color. Hold the yarn you're not using on top of the stitches and sc over it. Try something small like a hot pad. Here's a good pattern if you like the Rolling Stones... http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=181783.0 I made an afghan with these squares, it turned out so nice!
  4. Just in time for Christmas for a good friend who is a devoted fan of Notre Dame.
  5. Hey, I have several half done blankets....you can donate them with yours if you want to. Just PM me your address.
  6. It is so pretty every time I see someone make this! Is it holey?
  7. Just off my hook (and I wasn't so speedy about it!)...
  8. Beautiful work...thanks for posting. I love to see the talent!
  9. You guys simply amaze me with your knowledge. I am glad I asked!
  10. Thanks for all the great tips. I will keep you posted if it works out!
  11. What if I made it in individual squares and then sewed them together?
  12. Thanks for all the input you guys! You have definitely helped me a ton! I will let you know how it goes and post pics... Lisa
  13. Well, I think I will try one and just substitute the single (SC) crochet stitches for double (DC). I will just do the logo for now, if it turns out nice I will make it a throw pillow and then start on the matching blanket. It gets cold in Utah (especially camping), so the warmth and heaviness is desirable.
  14. I think it would be wonderful too! I want to make a Harley Davidson blanket, but solid and fuzzy like the felting does.
