    the way we learned to crochet

    I use to watch my great grandmother crochet, and my grandma had a home for mentally handicapped folks and one of them taught me how., my mother in law taught me how to use a pattern.

  6. I have been all over the internet and I just cannot find a pattern for making a square or circle out of hairpin lace. Im trying to make a scarf for a friend and i want to make "flower like things" and im having a heck of a hard time. Can anyone help me. Shannon lost in a bundle of yarn:help

    Hi everyone, I'm Shannon and I have been doing needle work since I was about seven years old. I love creating new things and combining different crafts. Right now I am working on a scarf that combines sewing and crocheting. My grandmother was crochet and that is how I not only fell in love with the craft, but learned how to do it my self.
