Hi everyone! I was hoping someone can help me. Does anyone know where I can find free patterns (must be free cuz I'm on limited funds) for boys clothes that will fit my son? My son is 11. He wears a size 12-14 in shirts (from store) his chest measurement is 26". Can be knit or crochet, I can do both. Finding stuff for my daughter (who wears a 10-12) is no where near as hard. Thanks in advance!
  7. I love this!! I collect turtles and I think i need a new keychain AND magnet in
  8. I love it, and your Grandmother looks happy to have gotten. it. Beautiful job!
  9. That's so sad I hope she's ok. I love her patterns! Thanks for the info.
  10. I'm hoping she will see this or someone will know info. What happened to this site? www.christinascrochethaven.com I was sharing some pictures of Works completed and wanted to give a link to a dress I made using her pattern so she can have proper credit and it went to godaddy.com:think any news will be helpful. For now, i'll put her name
  11. :hugThank you so much for your suggestions. I welcome more, especially for my SIL. I was thinking a necklace, bracelet, or something along those lines. What do you all think? :sighI saw my Dad and Nancy today, 1st time since the news, and I decided to make her a comfortghan. She likes to snuggle up and it came to me then. Thanks for the prayers. Only God will see us through this.
  12. As some of you have read in the off-topic conversation, my stepbrother was in a tragic accident Thursday and passed away Friday morning at the age of 28. I was wanting to make something for my stepmom (Nancy) and his wife Lisa. I thought about a prayer shawl, and that would be fine for Nancy, but I don't think it would be so good for Lisa. She's a unique girl. Has a very unique character. She is in no way traditional. She's almost like a goth person, but doesn't do the whole goth dress. I'd also like to make something for his young children. 1 boy Ashton (Ash) age 5 and 1 girl Shy age 9. I was thinking a doll for the little girl, but I don't know about the boy at all! Thanks for your help.
  13. I made my daughter this one and loved it! She really loves showing it off. There are several examples. I made the maxi and will be making her one for the regular sized Barbie soon. http://www.crochetville.org/forum/showthread.php?t=55235
  14. It sounds like you're looking for a small blanket maybe? I would start here: http://www.crochetpatterncentral.com/directory/baby_afghans.php http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=21166687 this one isn't free but it's beautiful you could also look for a good lacy pattern and adapt it to your needs Hope this helps
  15. I was thinking harlequin too. Purely by accident but a happy one at that! Thanks!
