  9. If you don't mind buying it on line, try this site. http://www.maggiescrochet.com/pages/Leaflets/Leisure_Arts/LA_3262_pooh_collection_main.htm She has quite a few Pooh patterns which include all the friends. I just bought from here and it only took 6 days. Service and shipping was quite good.
  10. Ok I need some help here. I think I have lost my mind or reasoning anyway. I have corcheted the poncho which is 60 inches in length. I am now going to put it together, but I have read the directions 6 times and still can't understand. It is the MODA DEAâ„¢ "Ticker Tape poncho on their web site. Here is the part I am having trouble with: FINISHING: Mark center 30" of one long edge for neck. Fold fabric in half and sew seam from markers to edges. Anyway, does this mean that I fold the 60 inch piece in half and sew the two ends together or what? Can someone help me please? This is the web site, incase you need more info. http://www.modadea.com/patterns/LM0159.htm Thank you
  11. I would not want to meet Mr. Peel in my kitchen at night with the lights out. I really laughed when I read the story, and people think crocheters are boring. HA:nahnah

  13. This maybe what you are looking for. http://www.e-patternscentral.com/
  14. I was just reading that it was cross stitch on top of crochet. What can be done is this. Start the pattern for the Afghan and when you get to the point where when complete you cross stitch, start using the cross stitch pattern and crochet it in. In other words, for each cross stitch block, you single crochet (or afghan stitch which ever is the coice) in place. So as you do the afghan you are crocheting the picture in. In other words, when you get so many rows up, in crocheting, start using your cross stitch pattern and crochet the picture in. That is how I did my princess afghan I used a cross stitch picture. If I can help feel free to pm me.
  15. I just got an e-mail the other day from Herrschners. They now are offering patterns and kits with Disney Princesses on them. They look like they are crocheted in. So, those of you who might be interrested, they have Snow White, Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty. Here is the web site. Looks like some are also on sale. http://www.herrschners.com/products/product.aspx?sku=344212

  21. Hi Olga, John came and got me after he posted. Donnalynn2 does what I do. I make an extra copy of the graph, but I cross off the row I have finished with a pen. Rows in a graph are usually worked from left to right. Row one starting from the left, row 2 starting from the right. Now as for the bobbins. Elmos is outlined in black. At the bottom, I would have 2 bobbins of black and leave the red in the hank. When you get to the face, change your strategy. Have 2 bobbins of red and leave the black in the hank. Have one of orange and two of white. I just went and looked at the afghan Kathryn made. I hope this helps. If you want, you can pm me anytime. The main thing, is don't let it get to you, it is for fun. Once you get the hang of it, you will wonder why you worried. I know I did.
