  1. Welcome to Crochetville from the Gulf Coast of Florida. Grab your yarn and hooks, put your feet up and sit a spell. We are always so glad to meet new friends.😁 You can always to to General Help and get some answers.
  2. I do need to get to Planet June. She always has such great patterns. Love the candles. I finished the Clause's, so now I have to look for something else to do. I hope to get pictures today.
  3. It is telling you to sc in the next 12 stitches, then do 2 sc in the next stitch. Then sc in 12 stitches and decrease in the next two, which is pull up loop in next 2 stitches and crochet them as one sc. I hope this helps.
  4. Good Morning. Pineknott, glad to hear you are doing so well. The road to recovery is always the hardest. I do not have self crocheting hooks. Everything else was just ignored. I put away my Santa and Mrs. Clause (which I finished up yesterday). Now I am looking for something else to do. Lea, I see so many cute and fascinating graphs on Free Crocheting Graphs on Face Book. This one surprised me the most. Someone came on with a picture and before you know it, I said it was cool and had the graph in my messages. I will gladly pass on the graph to you. Well off to see what trouble I can get into. Have a great Sunday.
  5. Hi everyone. I had to laugh at not owning a bar of soap. I was thinking of something like that the other day. We use to make fun of people who bought water in a bottle. Now I have it delivered. Love what everyone is doing. babypoohsmom the hat is really pretty. The red stockings foot looks longer then the grey one. Well, I am now looking for something to do. I did not get to see any of the game last night, but I have seen this scenario to many times. I am keeping my fingers crossed that the Lightning wins Monday. Hey our Gov. opened the bars and restaurants just in time. They still had a big crowd at the arena where they skate even when things were closed. Have a good Sunday.
  6. It is easy, when you have nothing else going on and a deadline.
  7. Good Morning. Love the afghan Katy. Oh thought I would tell you. They had the baby shower, that I made the Llama afghan for. I was told it was the ONLY homemade gift, but it went over big time. In fact, I was told the new mother cried. So I guess it was a hit. Not much planned for today. My team won last night, so they could win everything tonight and come home with the Stanley Cup. YEAH!!! Have a great day everyone.

We are always so glad to meet new friends.😁 I can not recall exactally what pattern it was, but you sc in one stitch and dc in the next. You do this all the way across, then when you turn, you change up put the dc in the sc stitch and sc in the dc stitch.

  15. I am free, I tell you free, of working with yarn for a while. I finished my afghan this morning, got pictures and hope to get it into the mail this week. Could come one please tell me how I can post a link without the picture showing up? Oh well off to my next project.
  16. Reni I hope you enjoyed your day with your daughter. I am sure you did. This morning I finished my afghan and took pictures. You can find it here. Well I have not been able to just put in the link without the picture. This is for my BIL, and as you go to the link, you will see it took me 2 weeks to make. Not much going on here. Just waiting for them the bring the replacement TV. Have a fun day.
  17. I got this graph 2 weeks ago and found it would be perfect for my BIL. So I check out my stash and as usual I had to order some yarn. It is 230 stitches by 160 rows. I got started on the 7th of Sept. and finished it this morning. I am happy with the way it turned out and I am sure my BIL will also like it. I hope to get in into the mail in a couple of days. So for those of you who will enjoy and for those of you who won't like the sentiment, think of all the work done on it. Not political just a gift.
  18. Oh I love the color and the pattern.

  20. Good Morning everyone. Boy can I relate to migraines. I use to have to go into a dark room with a cold compress on my head and plenty of quite for at least an hour, if I caught them early. I don't get them anymore, but I come close at times. Not much going on. The trees are cut, the tile is down and the only thing left is the TV being replaced. That will be tomorrow. I am almost done with my afghan. Soon I will be doing the edging. I will take a picture when it is done. Have a great day everyone.

  23. Wow that is really cool Brenda. Love the outfits and the blankets. From what I hear, I could be wrong, but Chris is going to WOW them this year. I hope it continues as it is really the only charity I do stuff for. Ok, DH is watching Baseball, on and off. This is scary. My Hockey team is going to be playing for the Stanley Cup. They beat the NY Islanders last night. Tomorrow it starts the best of 7 with the Dallas Stars. Whew, I thought I might have to vote for Dallas, that is very hard. Have a good night everyone.
